I ordered this last month thinking it would be a little more discreet, but when I checked my bank statement a few days later, the charge showed more detail than I was really comfortable with. The product itself wasn’t the issue for me, I just wish the billing description had been more private.

They had what I needed. Easy.

I ordered once and I was a little nervous about the privacy side of it. But the parcel showed up plain, no huge logos or anything like that, and the bank statement line wasn’t obvious either, so that was a relief.

The emails were normal too, not all spammy or weird, which I liked. It did take a day longer than I expected, so I’d say 4 stars, but for privacy it was good for me.

It was packed discreetly too, which I appreciated, and the item was exactly like it looked online. Prices seemed fair, nothing felt overcomplicated, just a nice easy shopping experience really. I’d definitely use them again.

I’ve ordered a few times now and that loyalty discount thing takes a little off each time. It’s not huge, but it’s a nice bit of savings when you’re already getting the usual stuff

I accidentally put the wrong delivery info on my order and didn’t even notice until after I’d paid... so yeah, I sent them a slightly panicked email.

They got back to me quickly and fixed it without making me feel silly about it. The reply felt like an actual person too, friendly and clear... not one of those generic copy-paste responses.

My order arrived with no issues after that, so I was really happy with how it all turned out. Just a smooth, easy customer service experience... I’d definitely use them again

Maybe I’m just being picky because I’ve been trying to watch my spending lately, but the price felt a little high for what I actually got. Delivery was fine, nothing really wrong there, but the item itself didn’t feel like it was worth the money compared to a few other shops I’ve tried. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a decent sale

Everything I ordered turned up exactly as I’d picked it, no mix ups or missing bits at all. The sizes, colours and items all matched the confirmation email, and it was packed fine when it arrived too. just nice when you don’t have to chase anything up. I’d order from pleasureandpassion.co.uk again for sure.

I ordered this because the description made it sound like it was a certain size and made from a specific kind of material, but when it arrived it felt different in person. It’s not totally useless or anything, just not really what I thought I was buying, which was a bit disapointing.

Delivery was fine, no real issue there, but the listing really needs clearer details and better photos. It’s annoying when you only realise it’s not quite right after you’ve opened it. Probaby wouldn’t rush to order it again.

The order itself was totally fine, but am I missing something with the packaging? The box showed up crushed and half open, and it wasn’t exactly discreet either. You could basically tell where it came from, which was a bit awkward tbh

Still, there’s a good amount of choice, and I’d probably use the site again. 4 stars from me
